I made this shelf during the Spring of 2000. It's constructed of 1"x12" solid oak boards, and has 2 coats of Minwax polyurethane/stain. It's about 38" wide by 21" tall, and weighs
over 50lbs.
Special thanks to my grandparents for helping me cut the boards! And to Guy D. (co-worker) for the free advice and helping out with a couple of additional cuts.
Future plans for this shelf include adding some miniature lights inside. I just haven't found any lights that I like.
